Course 1 · System setup & configuration

Course 2 · Users, roles & permissions

- Confirm each team member maps to exactly one functional role.
- Verify View Only is reserved for auditors and leadership.

Course 3 · Data model governance
Understand the core tables
Foundation, MRP, O2C, P2P, inventory, finance.
Maintain reference data
Currencies, tax codes, cost centers, warehouses.

ITAR, DFARS, AS9100 flags and traceability.
Exercise
- Open the Data Model reference and walk the core tables.
- Verify reference data (currencies, tax codes) is complete.
- Spot-check products for compliance flags.

Course 4 · Workflows & automation oversight
Understand the 23 automations
Which workflows are active and what they do.
Monitor executions
Read execution logs and spot failures.
Activate or deactivate workflows
Turn on scheduled/postings workflows as needed.

- Open the Workflows reference and list the active ones.
- Open a workflow in the app and read its recent executions.
- Identify one inactive workflow and decide if it should be on.

Course 5 · Compliance & audit readiness
Understand AS9100, ITAR, DFARS, FAR
The compliance framework the app supports.
Maintain traceability
Certifications, lots, country of origin.

Exercise
- Open the Glossary and confirm you know each compliance term.
- Pick one product and verify its compliance fields and any certification.
- Trace one unit from inventory to a shipment via the stock ledger.
